Local Artist and Art School Owner Publishes Third Novel

Marco Bronzini, the owner of Marco Bronzini Art School & Studio, recently announced the publication of his third book, The Sun Fisher, which is his third published writing. The Sun Fisher went on sale on Amazon on Dec. 1, 2020, and has received positive praise via reviews.

"How elusive and narrow is the path that stands between fiction and reality?" the synopsis says. "Can its trajectory be modified at leisure, rearranged to appease our dreams? Tormented by a secret known only to his best friend, and in the process of writing his first novel, John Ireland takes refuge in his beloved moors, in the south of England. He desperately wants to find inspiration for his main character, a young woman. Until one day; fiction and reality become intertwined in the form of a mysterious and ravishing stranger, standing on a footbridge in London's Hyde Park. This serendipitous moment propels him on a remarkable journey."

Bronzini is a French artist and graduate of the Royal Academy of Arts in London. According to his website, he was introduced to British sculptor John Skeaping at age 16 and traveled from provincial Beaucaire, his hometown in the south of France to the art world center in London in the 1970s. He opened his art school in Naples in 2001, which offers half and full-day art classes from October through April.

His first two books—The Ten Commandments of Fine Art ($10) and Plein Air-Pressionism ($15)—are available on his websiteThe Sun Fisher is available on Amazon ($7.82 on Kindle, $19.99 paperback). He has also been laboring over his autobiography for the better part of 25 years. Few people, he said, know that he loves to write.

"It has been a whirlwind of a ride to finally see my novel in print," he said in a letter to his personal and professional network. "Thank you so very much for being a part of this momentous time in my life. Over the years, many of you have asked what I do in my spare time … now, you know. This is an extraordinary juncture in regard to my passion for writing and making my aspirations become reality."
