Fort Myers Beach Art Association and Gallery is winding down its Fall Judged Show - Endless Beginnings - on Thursday, December 9th.
If you haven’t already enjoyed the amazing artwork, be sure to check it out at the Fort Myers Beach Art Association before the show is closing its doors on Thursday.
Open this week from 10 AM to 3 PM, Endless Beginnings has been a beautiful show of local artists’ work. Admission is free Wednesday and Thursday until 12 PM.
With 16 entries, this Fall Judged Show was a wonderful success.
Taking home Best in Show was Home on the Beach by Kim J. Belange. According to the judges, “The strength on this piece are the sharp lines of the architecture in contrast with atmospheric perspective and metaphysical light on house.”
The first place winner was Soft Glowing Roses by Susanne H. Brown, where “Well played cool versus warm color shifts, in addition with saturation to desaturation, and value range makes those flowers an ephemeral almost abstract still life.”
