Core to Core Fitness is a "Hands On Studio" where as we apply coaching principles called Key Factor Analysis in all of our exercise programs. Whether it is in a Reformer or Mat Pilates class, TRX Straps n Kettlebells or Dumbbell Training), MOTR Resistance and Balance Training or Frog Fitness Strength Training, our coaches INSTRUCT, DEMONSTRATE, ANALYZE and provide FEEDBACK in every exercise to make sure that the exercises are done accurately. Utilizing these principles we have created an environment that is positive, fun, clean and healthy. As a community within our studio we want to get to know each of our clients on a personal level which brings people together working on a common goal, and that is Getting Fit!
