Englewood's version of the Sarasota Offshore Grand Prix Super Boat Racing Fest. On the racing card are multiple classes of high speed offshore racing boats, vying for awards, off Engelwood Beach. A Race Boat block party takes place Friday evening, Nov. 17 starting at 5 p.m. on Dearborn Street with the street lined with race boats and In the park there will be music, food and drinks along with vendors. Free admission to the block party. Racing is both Saturday and Sunday beginning at noon and awards ceremonies after the races at 7 p.m. in the Race Village.
