National Ravioli Day
at Angelina's Ristorante
National Ravioli is approaching on March 20th and in honor of the special occasion Angelina's Ristorante is featuring memorable menu selections. Executive Chef Ryan Fredstrom will prepare a sweet take on ravioli with a handmade Cacio e Pere ravioli filled with succulent pears, mascarpone and ricotta finished with a walnut butter sauce as the evening's special.
Angelina's will also feature its signature handmade Butternut Squash Ravioli filled with roasted butternut squash & mascarpone in an orange, sun-dried tomato butter finished with arugula, truffle oil and candied pecans. This signature ravioli has been a staple on the menu since opening its doors 10 years ago.
