Come see us in the Tasting Room about 10 minutes before the tour for some free samples!

The tour is free and lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. The first 20 minutes or so will give you a short history of the company, an overview of some of the big awards that our small company has won, and an explanation of what makes our rums taste so good. During this introduction you will have a guided tasting of our rums at each group's table. After that, we will explain the rum making process from mashing and fermentation to distillation. This will be followed with a discussion of barrel aging. The tours final topic will be bottling room equipment to see how Siesta Key rum is put into bottles.
