Stop by the Grumpy Goat Coffee Roastery and Cru Wine Tasting Room for tapas & tastings. Several premium wines from Cassata | Sonoma and single origin specialty grade coffees will be on sample.

Grumpy Goat Coffee's mission is simple – make freshly roasted, single-origin and gourmet grade coffee both exciting and approachable for everyone. Grumpy Goat is very selective about which coffee beans to import, focusing only on coffee that is high altitude, 100% Arabica and fully traceable. Fully traceable means that we know where the beans are coming from. We know when they are harvested, when they’re sent to the washing station, when they’re set afloat. We know if they have certifications like USDA certified organic fair trade. In terms of single origin, it’s a lot like wine. We know the regions, we know the altitudes, we know the varietals that make up the coffee we bring in. Similar to wines, coffee is graded on a 100 point system by professional cuppers. Grumpy Goat is committed to only selecting coffee beans rated 86 points or higher.

Cru Wine Club in Bonita Springs, Florida is a tasting room where you can sample bio sustainable wines, olive oils and enjoy a charcuterie platter. Wine tastings and small plate pairings are held several days a week by reservation only. The room is also available for private event rental. The wine tasting room will be on an invitation-only basis for 12 guests or less and feature small plates and host-led wine pairings with a variety of local Chefs showcasing their talents. Guests will be able to visit the vineyard virtually with a video presentation and enjoy exquisite food and wine from California. The room will also be available for small private events. There is seating both inside and outside.

Mr. Cassata purchased the vineyard in 2002, and farms bio-sustainably with plants, animals, and nature working together. Mr. Casssata said, “We believe in creating excellence through sustainable winemaking practices. This ensures that the vineyard and its environment can continue to produce wines for future generations and is the ultimate in sustainability”. The vineyard also produces four sustainably grown olive oils: natural, lemon, rosemary-basil, and garlic.
