Yin Yoga
The practice of yin yoga is the dynamic and slower movement of energy. It is considered to be dark, cooling, and passive. In the physical practice of yin we target the connective tissue (the fascia). Releasing the fascia helps with joint mobility, circulation, flexibility as well as reduces stress in the body. This all also assists in letting the chi (energy or prana) freely flow from those blocked energy channels.
