This is a beginner series to introduce you to aerial spiral pole. In this beginner series students will learn lower level acrobatic movements, tricks and poses while gaining balance and control with this unique and very beautiful apparatus! 

This apparatus is open to all ages 7 and up.

This is a 4 week commitment, no drop in classes.
