Led by Executive Chef Sophia Kiasi and Wine Director Zach Bingham, the multi-course dinner pairs a regionally inspired menu with local sidra and indigenous Txakoli wines, transporting guests to one of Europe's most ancient and distinctive regions nestled between the Pyrenees and the Bay of Biscay.
